We’re pleased to offer an important training session led by Chris Moses from Personnel Advice and Solutions Ltd., focusing on Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace.
This session is especially relevant in light of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, which came into effect on 26 October 2024. The legislation places a legal duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
While this course was introduced in October, we would like to highlight its continued relevance and encourage our members to attend. Promoting a respectful, inclusive work environment is a shared responsibility, and this session provides practical guidance to help achieve that.
